To ensure the highest quality control and offer the latest gear designs, all ROCKSGRIP products are shipped directly from our primary manufacturing and fulfillment center in Asia. This "direct-to-consumer" model allows us to deliver premium technical gear at a more competitive price point.
We offer two main shipping methods depending on the item size and your choice at checkout:
- Standard Air Freight: Typically takes 7–15 business days for delivery. (Best for backpacks, gloves, and accessories).
- Economy Sea/Land Freight: Typically takes 10–20 business days. (Often used for larger items like our Hard Shell Rolling Luggage).
- Please note: Processing time usually takes an additional 1-2 business days.
ROCKSGRIP focuses on professional-grade outdoor equipment. By shipping directly from our production hub, we eliminate middleman markups and ensure you receive the most recent production batch of our technical gear. We appreciate your patience as your gear travels across the globe to your doorstep.
For most orders to the United States under $800, there are typically no import duties. However, customers are responsible for any local customs fees if they occur.
Order Tracking
You can easily track your gear’s journey in real-time. Simply visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your tracking number (sent to your email after fulfillment).
Not at all. Because we ship our technical gear directly from our manufacturing hub, there is a "transit gap" while the package is crossing the ocean or clearing customs. During this time, the status might not update daily. Once it reaches the U.S. and is scanned by your local carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS), you will see frequent updates.
As soon as your order is dispatched (usually within 1-2 business days), a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder or contact us at rocksgrip@gmail.com.
Warranty & Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied. ROCKSGRIP offers a 7-day hassle-free return policy for all unused items in their original packaging.
Quality is our grip. We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all hardware, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that normal wear and tear from outdoor use is not covered.
