Warranty Policy

At ROCKSGRIP, we build gear to endure. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all products purchased directly through our official store.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty provides peace of mind for your adventures. It is divided into two phases:

  • Pre-Use Defects: Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship identified upon unboxing.
  • Post-Use Support: For issues occurring under normal usage within 1 year of purchase, ROCKSGRIP provides professional paid repair services or technical support to keep your gear in the field.

2. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship discovered before the item is put into service.
  • Functional malfunctions occurring under normal, intended usage within the 1-year warranty period.
  • Products damaged during delivery (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a free replacement).

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper modification, alteration, or misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, or natural breakdown of colors/materials over extended time).
  • Accidental damage, including but not limited to drops, impacts, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Email rocksgrip@gmail.com with your Order Number and proof of purchase.
  2. Provide Evidence: Attach high-resolution photos or videos of the defect.
  3. Technical Review: Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days.
  4. Resolution Options: For manufacturing defects, we repair/replace free of charge. For usage failures within 1 year, we offer paid repair services.

5. Important Notes

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless the defect is a primary manufacturing error.
  • ROCKSGRIP reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the conditions.
